I gave this a one star because it is the lowest I could give. I would give it a minus zero star if it was available. They did not have fireball whiskey and a clerk said go try the closest other store D20. I went to D20 they had fireball but would not sell it because it was too far to walk to my gate. I had just walked that distance. So I walked back to shop hoping to get a substitute. Or have a representative get the fireball whiskey. They could do neither. It wasn’t a strange request as they sell alcohol. I then decided on something else and the clerk said it was now too close to departure time. It was 1 hour and 5 minutes prior to boarding. I watched them do this to several customers. So I just bought the product in Jamaica. I will never go here again. I think this is the worst store and the manager is lazy. She is the big lady in a white shirt. She looks like she may have had diarrhea all day because of her look on her face.

I travel quite frequently and was on my way out of the country so I stopped in. This particular location was close to the gates in the 30-35 range in concourse D. There was a sale sign that stated 75%off of certain items with a color sticker on them. Unfortunately the items didn't ring up the properly but they tried to tell me it was a different percentage off once I got to the register to pay. I waited quite a bit for someone to give me an answer as to the exact price and what was going on. No one knew what was going on not even the manager. I am not that type of person to make a scene or anything of thay sort but technically I should have been given the percentage off according to the sign they had for a sale they were having this weekend only. I was very discouraged to say the least.
