Had a great first experience renting from EagleRider in Miami. Edgar helped me get set up and was very personable. The only hiccup was that I had paid the extra dough to guarantee a particular bike (was really hoping for a Road Glide), and they weren't able to fulfill that order. Edgar gave me a call personally to apologize and set me up with a 2020 Street Glide instead. Very smooth process, and I'll definitely rent from them again next time I'm in Miami!

When you ride in Florida you worry about the weather on the day of your ride! There is one less worry when Edgar is at the helm, there is no worries. I had a rental that was on the wait list and before I had a chance to call, Edgar called and set me up with an option that was perfect! Thanks Edgar for another great experience at EagleRider!

This was my first visit/interaction with Eagle rider after getting a membership with them. I would like to thank Edgar, the employee at this location, for an absolutely wonderful experience. I made an online reservation and came in on a Saturday morning. The store was packed upon entering. Edgar greeted everyone and apologized for the wait. He seemed to be the only employee that day and did a wonderful job interacting with everyone smoothly and efficiently. The bike I reserved was unavailable. Edgar took his time in showing me other options. He was extremely knowledgeable and truly showed he cared. The morning I was supposed to return the bike, it was storming terribly all day. I called the shop and Edgar answered. He assured me it would be no issue/fee for a late return and to just be safe and return it when the weather cleared up. When the storm somewhat lightened up, I headed to the shop. I was soaked from head to toe and left an absolute mess at the shop. I felt terrible but Edgar couldn't have been more kind about the situation! The store is lucky to have this wonderful employee and I would absolutely recommend this company.

Edgar was awesome! Didn’t have the original bike available that I was going to rent, so he upgraded me for no extra charge. Very nice and easy to work with. I will definitely be back!

The dude counter was supercool also make sure you check in prior to arriving makes things so much smoother & simple checking process 5 to 8 minutes tops get on the bike go about your day
