Hands down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!! I ordered a cake topper for my daughters 13th birthday and when it arrived it said happy 14th birthday!! So I emailed them as there was no phone number to call and let them know about the problem. They apologized and said they would had sent a replacement that would arrive today as her party is tomorrow. Upon checking the tracking, it states that it will not arrive until Monday!! So again I emailed them and this time requested a refund as the product I ordered would not arrive in time due to their original error. When i received no response to my email, i messaged them on FB. I was told that I would have to wait until Monday to see if it arrives and if not then a refund would be issued. I told them I would dispute the charge with my bank as well as write a horrible review and was told that doing this would only delay the refund process. I again asked them to do the right thing and issue my refund and said if I had to I would contact the BBB in their area to which I received a message stating that they had blocked me from contacting them again. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I am a single mother and spent almost 40 on this cake topper alone not to mention the cost of the cake!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A COMPLETE SHAM!! I am hoping that I will get the refund I requested, but after this experience who knows!! My heart is broken for my daughter as this cake topper was to be a surprise for her special day!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
