Great store and as far as customer service they know how to handle a retail customer vs wholesalers ! From last 30year they are doing excellent job in assortment of brands Selection and well maintained inventory so instead of making so many stop one stop shop. Amazing crew always ready to help and friendly.
Don’t waste your time here. You can find heck of better deals on the net. The owner to this place acts like a dictator. If he is in the mood ok. If he is not then he acts like he is doing a favor. None of the employees are supposed to give you prices. They tell him a secret code in front of you then he gives a price. ( I believe this tells you that the price is set according to his subjective reaction of you, the buyer) All questions will be directed to the central unit , the owner, and all final decisions. God forbids he is busy because the last thing he cares about is customer service. Atypical form of US working methods. No matter how much and how long you’ve bought from this a&@:;....Hole. It is all about catching him on “his” right mood. This is common of sole proprietors whom open up a business and do not have a single clue of corporate leadership
