I came here to buy a ticket the cashier was on lunch she was extremely late coming back from lunch you never got to buy a ticket was late to my next appointment for my day all because she never showed up I don't understand I don't know if it was a he or she but the cashier never came back to the counter and I never purchase a ticket very dissatisfied and here is a photo of he or she not at work

They had all sorts of crazy homeless people, and whenever you advise them. They jest don't care. And they leave your luggage outside, without, being watching it. Extremely Clean!!! Greyhound bus station! And the busses have been extremely up to date. Since the last time I rode them! Finally!

A nightmare experience. I have been traveling all over the world, 30 countries and I have never had such a bad experience with a transportation company. My first experience was with the Miami airport Greyhound. I booked ahead of time, arrived 10 minutes early, and watched the driver drive right past me and out on my way in. At the ticket counter I asked the ticket guy why it left early and if he could call the driver to get me since he was less than a minute away. The ticket guy was incredibly mean, told me it was my fault I missed it and there was nothing he could do and kept shooing me away with his hands. I dropped 100 on an Uber to get to my destination. After calling and emailing customer service, they gave me a voucher. I decided to use it on my way back from Key Largo. I got there an hour early this time just in case. The bus never came. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called customer service and was told it was already gone and there was nothing they could do about it. An email yielded nothing. I took the 150 Uber back. I am now disputing it with my credit card to get my money back. Seriously. Listen to all of the bad reviews. Go with literally anyone else.
