They did a great job re-covering my 2 bar stools in leather material. They quoted me a price fast by e-mail. The staff was nice and helpful and they finished the work when promised and it looks brand new again. I am very happy with their work and I will go back if I ever need any type of upholstery repair.

They also go by Miami Upholstery. And they shouldn’t even get One star for customer service! I never got the product or a refund. All i got was stories. Stories From the lady up front claiming my finished product got lost in a warehouse, then an employee they fired must have it, a month passes and Alfredo said he was going to send some sort of template for me to make so I can trace and they build from that. Nothing. Got mad and called demanding a refund and he agreed to refund me and send the material i need to complete. Nothing but stories. Called and texted him several times and now he's not picking up. Contacting BBB. If you are reading this....you are one of the smarter shoppers. I didn’t check the reviews and now almost 6 months after sending them my limousines vinyl top to get re-done, (they promised 1 week) I wish i had checked the reviews. Still waiting on a refund check that was promised and the original template I sent is now gone. Lost. Stolen by a “disgruntled employee” according to Alfredo . A month ago I came to an agreement with the owner (Alfredo) to send me my money and the materials I need to complete. Still waiting. He doesn’t respond to calls or text. Update: a year later. Still no response. Hopefully this review helps. 1000 views and counting!

They performed an amazing job on my Mercedes. The drivers seat had some rips and cracks. The previous owner tried to patch the problems but it looked awful. Alfredo took a look and said he could make the seat and leather look like new. When I picked up the car I was blown away by how good the reupholstered seat looked. Just amazing, ask Afredo for a quote. You will be glad you did.

I took my 32 footer boat to redo the Cushions and add a boat cover. I am amazed on the service and quality of work. They matched my custom made seats with two toned marine vinyl and embroidery as requested. They guaranteed their work and explained what they have done to it. Joe showed me the marine thread and stainless steel staples he used which is vital to the life of the seats. Owner is very reasonable and priced matched with me against other local upholstery shops. I am recommending this to all of my family and friends.

This company is very unprofessional. I contacted them over a week ago and asked for a quote for a huge project I was subcontracting them for. They promised me the quote time and time again, and despite my many calls, I still have not received it. Furthermore, the man whom I was trying to get a quote from sent me pictures of art he had painted because he wanted the fine arts company I work for to look at his work... I am still in disbelief. They not only wasted my time but they also threw away a great opportunity for themselves to work with a highly reputable museum. If you want my advice, go with a more professional company.
