This is a small company that relies on word-of-mouth to advertise. I was very pleased with the customer service and with the windows. The owner, Domingo, does the estimates. He makes suggestions and explains options but does not try to push any particular option. Yesenia in the office handles all of the permiting, contact with the supplier, and scheduling. She is very responsive to calls and emails, always getting back to me within a day. A real person always answers the phone, no endless menus. The installation is all completed at once, no switching between jobs. The guys do everything they can to accommodate the customer. They quit at a reasonable time each day and are exceptional about cleaning up every day. I even saw Domingo sweeping my driveway where they set up their equipment. The company was recommended to me by a previous customer and I have recommended them to three other friends so I am obviously pleased with them.

The office staff is friendly and helpful and the installers were professional, informative, helpful and very clean. My home was spotless after everything was finished which was impressive.
