Live here almost 6 years, every single day enjoying everything surrounding me here. Thank you everyone from Vallet office up To chief of association and all super professional personnel from receiving room, security, front desk guys - you are the best so far I saw in Miami area! I will not renew my lease, management and maintenance are worthless. They charge a lot to literally do nothing. The only good service is from packaging and the front desk. Save yourself some unneeded stress and go somewhere else. I wish I had known... I wont make this mistake twice.

The reason for my low rating of Icon Brickell is simply because of the horrible valet service company they have contracted. The management team is absolutely horrible and dysfunctional. Came out to get in my car to head to my office for work and my car wasn't there as it should have. The valet guys directed me to the valet office where a young lady proceeded to express that the person in her position for the past month hasn't been doing there job and unfortunately my payments weren't going through because they didn't have the correct credit card info. No one contacted me to make me aware via email or phone. After several times of attempting to reach out to there valet management after this was brought to my attention I get the run around. Now that I am making a big deal of it they have a person calling him self the manager, Marcello I believe is his name that can barely speak English calling my phone threatening to cut my terminate my valet services. This is a situation that there management needs to take responsibly for, such as we do in the multi billion dollar corporation I work with. If someone of higher command within this company would like to reach out regarding this issue it would be greatly appreciated. I also plan to contact Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. Also have spoken with several of my neighbors in which have all have very negatives experience for with this particular Park On valet services at Icon Brickell who in Whig will also be writing reviews and contacting the Better Business Bureau. No one would should have to deal with this type of service in the future.
