Along with friends we recently spent 600 on an order of 18 lbs of large stone crab claws and 3 orders of mustard sauce. Unfortunately instead of mustard sauce we were devastated to find that Incredible Stone Crab mistakenly sent us cocktail sauce. At the last minute we attempted to make our own mustard sauce, but it wasn’t the same... not even close. While we received a 13.50 credit for the price of the sauce, nothing more was offered to remedy our disappointing experience. A small credit towards a future order and an apology from the owner would have gone a long way.
