I switched from another company to IQ Bird Testing and never looked back. IQ is not only cheaper, but results come in much faster. Even during the pandemic they will answer your questions and concerns and help in any way possible. Great company!! Would recommend it to anyone

Update: I would like to add that all of my test results were 100% accurate! I was leery based on a couple of recent reviews, but my experience was extremely reliable. I have since sent in more samples! I paid online and printed the sample form- fillling it out with all needed info. I had a question on taking the DNA sample, and it took about 3 business days for someone to get back with me and answer my question, but they eventually did and were very helpful and kind. With COVID-19, everything is slower and has a slower turn around time, including the mail service. Patience is a virtue. ;) It took my samples about 4-5 bussiness days to be received in the mail. From there, I had results in about 4-7 WORKING days loaded onto my account, and I was able to print the cerficates for our chickens showing their gender. I highly reccomend this company! Today is day 8 of submission of 2 blood samples. I have called numerous times, i have texted numerous times and emailed. Promises made with no result each day. They acknowledge receiving your order on your account and better believe that check gets cashed however,not good for their promise for speedy results. I will never use this company again! 11.99 an you sure get less than what you paid for. Not even sure if the dna results will be true. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AN THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY.
They say 2-4 days to get test results. I've been waiting for A MONTH and I'm losing business because of it. I'm done with this company. Avian Biotech is supposed to be a lot better.
