Cameron is amazing. The handle on my roll behind no longer would retract into the bag and he fixed it in minutes while I watched. He didn't charge me a dime. He simply made a copy of the receipt to file against the warranty. He also gave me a couple tips to ensure the bag would have long life. Thanks, Cameron! When I called 1-800 number on the warranty they told me they no longer carry the parts for the handle and it wouldn't be covered under the warranty anyway. But they did speak highly of King Luggage that they would be able to repair my bag and they did.

This is a great business. I took a pricey piece of luggage there , and was greeted by the nicest and most professional owner/rep. The piece was repaired timely, and looks like it’s brand new again. I’m so happy — this luggage is always complimented by other travelers, and I like it a lot as well! I’m grateful for this business’ ability to restore my beloved travel piece.

Amazingly speedy and efficient, and skilled! Luggage repair took 20 minutes start to finish, including time to locate a new handle and replace the broken one on my Briggs & Riley carry-on. Thank you so much! Extremely highly recommended. (Note: it was a very long drive from Fort Lauderdale and it seemed miraculous that the repair was done on the spot while I waited!)
