I have been a customer at La Belle's academy for a long time. I usually go to the campus at Flagler street, but I decided to come to the one on 8th street just to try it out. I can't possibly describe how unprofessional and terrible the service was. I understand that these people are students trying to learn, but someone who can't even told a hairbrush properly should NOT be allowed to dye someone's hair. She had no idea the basic idea to even separate the hair so one can dye it properly! The teacher was so busy doing hair extensions on someone else than to correct her own student. The student dyed hair as if she had never seen a box color in her entire life! It is absolutely irresponsible for a teacher to allow this to happen and if something happens to my hair I will file a suit against this campus. The student completely DRENCHED me after completely covered my hair in an excessive amount of hair dye. I have hair dye EVERYWHERE from my hands to my mask! Even after completely drenching me and getting hair dye all over me, the student dared to smile and say \have a good day\ with a condescending attitude. I would give this place zero stars if I could.

This place a scam! One teacher doesnt teach at all. Tells us to look at Youtube videos to learn. She offers private lessons at an additional cost. Go somewhere else...

The teacher was very professional, kind, easy to talk to. Overall I do recomend this academy if you need anything to get done. I had done a hair cut, Keratin blow dry.
