Biggest rip off ever. Pay for double chicken and still looks like half a cup. Whole chicken kitchen franchise is a robbery. You’re better off finding a natural chicken grill. You’re basically paying for rice here. Smh

This is the guacamole that I received in my delivery. It literally smells rotten. This message goes to the Miami Lakes Chicken Kitchen management. If they are not going to use natural ingredients at least use them fresh.
Only person actually working is the person serving the food, random person eating behind the register without uniform nor a mask. It's very common seeing random people behind the counter eating without a uniform. Lady charging customers was on her phone and not acknowledging customers. Its very consistent, shows poor leadership and company probably isn't aware of it.
The restaurant was clean & tables spread out, tho i didnt eat-in, I took take-out. I waited in my car about 5 minutes before going in because there was a lot of people waiting to order & they were not distanced from each other. Other than that, food was great.
Terrible experience at this location just now. Rude and disrespectful and this is from a manager. Never returning. Learn how to treat people maybe your business will increase!!!!!
Just came here on my birthday with my mom and brother and Yanko served us and he treated us amazing, had the best service ever id recommend this restaurant to anyone
I haven't had Chicken Kitchen in about 2 years. I decided to order using uber eats. I ordered a Mexican chopp large with extra chicken, scallions, jalapeños and banana pepper with extra sour cream. I got a small Mexican with no extra chicken, dried chicken at that, with 3 jalapeños, a few banana peppers and cold. I asked for the 2 sauces plus extra 2 I paid and I got nothing no sauce or utensils. Waited for 45 minutes to get this 22.00 plate that should of been a 2.00 plate. I stick to Chick Filet or Chipotle never again
I’m definitely VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered the original chop chop, and I immediately noticed the chicken was DRY. The yellow rice tasted OLD! Nothing seemed fresh. The staff was extremely un happy and rude to me. DEFINITELY DO NOOOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
