JetStream is an amazing bank and my husband and I absolutely love this bank. The best part about our experience with JetStream was our Representative Yamileth Aviles, she helped us get a vehicle loan, and we are so pleased with her service and our new car. Yamileth was very professional and friendly, she always provided us with the best customer service. She made us feel like family and not just customers. This bank is Horrible and their customer service staff is horrible as well. I'm going to wait until I get my refund and close my account. I'm sick and tried of them. They only have one location in Miami and I called this morning to Dispute a charge back in February and they told me that they don't go back past 30 days that's BS but called my other bank accounts and they do. Jetstream is a joke and would never refer or Suggest anybody to bank with them. They're the real scammers.
