BEWARE!!!!!! This company was rude when returning my car. Then I realize later that day items were stolen out of my car. I’ve been trying to contact them in regards to it And have got no response. I’ve called and emailed multiple times. I valet often with other companies and never had this happen. Never will I ever use this service again!!!!

Im very unhappy with the service that the people from the management office of Luxe Parking gives to the residents, they charged my 160.50 and I haven't used the valet since February. I have been sending emails, NOBODY ANSWERS NEVER, they said to one of the valet guys that they don't have the charge in their system so they will not give me the credit back. So? How come I have the charge in my statement but they didn't make it? crazy, but this is how this company operates... I don't have anything to say about the staff at the valet, people is really nice and helpful, but the service that the management office gives to the residents, is really really bad.

Excellent service, I can’t complain. The attendants in my building make me feel welcomed when I arrive home from a long day of work. Always greeting me with a smile whenever I pass by. They’ve even gone out to memorize my schedule so as to always have my car ready before I go to work or the gym in the mornings. Everybody goes through rough patches here and there but overall I can’t complain with the service I’m provided.
