Bertha by far is my favorite! I am a clean freak so these people met my standards after trying about five different companies. Apart from Bertha been outstanding and super sweet I must mention the team behind her. These people are impeccable with their words and such high quality customer service that they won my heart before I even tried their service. Totally happy with everything!!

I found MaidPro to be an unreliable company which ignored customer service. Sometimes they provide a good cleaning, sometimes not acceptable. Another problem with this provider is no responsibility for timing. The company can start performing later than an hour ever after strictly agreeing and confirmed the start and the end time of cleaning. I had several times the unacceptable quality of cleaning. Before contacting the company, I was hoping it would be settled or fixed somehow, but only received the answer that they will let the cleaner supervisor know. Last deep cleaning, which was essential to me as I expected my guests to arrive, many bathroom cabinets were not even wiped off. The surfaces were dirty with hair, dust, stains from used toiletries. You can imagine how disgusting it is upon arriving and unpacking. The company's owner was immediately notified with a photo report, and he never responded. Is this customer satisfaction policy?
