Thursday night this bus service was superb there were no problems getting on and to my location to and fro within reason I was on a job out in Tampa if most didn't believe me so if you want to contact the lady that's in my phone call boss lady or l-1 I was trying to do something and then proved the income in my pocket and other no help pay bills within reasonable my record of what people try to hold against me in this current day and time

The bus is on schedule most of the time. Sometimes acts of nature makes it a little late. Other than that, it is always an enjoyable ride from Miami to Orlando. Also, you can check in only one bag that weighs up to 50 lbs. You can carry another in the bus with you. No overhead storage inside the bus though.
MegaBus's thing is that they are cheaper as they have no overheads -NOT TRUE!! They are no cheaper than any other bus company. Passengers do no save ANY money by waiting on a sidewalk and have to deal outise with inclement weather conditions. Passengers don't save when they have a problem and there is NO customer service to deal with problems. Passengers don't save money when they do not have any ability to re-book at a nominal fee without a mandate to rebook immediately within 10 minutes or lose their money.
Excellent price, power outlets and internet connection available during the trip.
Mega Bus is Awesome! I don't like the stop in Orlando it is ghetto.
