Unfortunately we tried booking this as a Father’s Day gift. Called several times and the person on the phone mentioned they would send the pricing info via text. After receiving the information, I requested a reservation for a party of three and was told 12:45pm was available. I accepted the proposed time. We took an Uber to the specified address, upon arrival at the marina they mentioned that no reservation was made and that a deposit was required for a reservation. This was never communicated prior to arriving on site and no solution was offered other than “we receive hundreds of calls per day” there was also no acknowledgement regarding the exchanged text messages where I confirmed the proposed 12:45pm time slot suggested by THEM. Will not be coming back and do not recommend anyone else books with them, extremely unprofessional and awful customer service.

Had a great time here! My mom and I rode a jet ski for 1 hour. Roger was our guide and he helped teach me how to ride the jet ski. He was very helpful and the staff was very kind. We had the water to ourselves and it was the perfect day! Definitely would recommend!
I love renting jet skis but have not wanted to buy one of my own because I have nowhere to put it. I come to this place at least 2 to 3 times a week because I live close by and they have great Jet skis for reasonable pricing. The staff is always very attentive and aware of safety. I highly recommend this place and refer all of my clients here as well. Miami jet ski rentals is number one in my eyes.
They bring you to an open body of water and make you ride in circles. Biggest waste of money. The guide was not personable to the group or knowledgable to the area. Upon arriving, my husband and I brought our own life jackets and one of the employees attempted to take the jacket from my possession without any verbal warning. This employee was convinced my life jacket, which I purchased from Divers direct, was the companies. This employee was not apologetic after realizing he didn't communicate and his actions were far from professional. Terrible customer service and their jet ski rides were far from appealing. Don't waste your money.
Miami jet ski rentals treated us like royalty. We had so much fun. The managers were so professional compared to other JetSki rental companies that I have been to. They did everything they could to make sure we got on the water as quickly as possible. I was very impressed with the tour guides they were very diligent in their safety orientation. I would bring my family back here anytime. Miami Jet Ski Rentals are the best!
