Stay away! It was a very unpleasent experience! Specially when you get screamed at. I bought a donut cushion for my niece and the clerks gave me an open one and told me it was fine, it had no bag or company name. It even looked used, but I trusted the owner then that got involved in the transaction at this point. Two days after, it started to deflate. Because of time and family issues, I brought it back today and she told me that it had no hole and inflated it for me. I brought it back same day because it was now ripped and all the lady did was get upset, scream and tell me to read the policy. She didn’t even want to give me the company’s name. All I was trying to explain was the point that from day 1 they sold me a used defective product without a wrap or company logo, etc. The least she could have done was exchange it for a new one! I paid 32 dollars for nothing. Tina, In response to your reply to the my review... I did not fabricate a story! In the other hand, you are making up the facts to look good! 1. You were not kind but defensive and rude. Remember, I had to ask you not to scream at me. 2. I never asked for you to sell me that open one. You were the one that told the two employees to give me that one that has just been inflated. I did say not to put it in a store bag because my niece was going to use it right away. 3. To top it off you NEVER taped the ticket to the cushion! How can you lie like that in your posting! 4. The cushion was losing air since day two but my sister was sick of her back and I could not bring it until today like I told you when you kept on talking over me and did not listen! 5. Remember I did take a picture of the sticker today because you said you were not going to give it to me. And not in a nice or kind way! 6. I visited your place today at 12:30 pm and went back because it was ruptured at 3:30. Exactly 3 hours. Please, don’t lie. We are adults and you know your motives.
