The customer service from Beth, Jason, and William was absolutely amazing. The amount of inventory for uprights, beams, and wire decks is going to make your business and success occur. All of their used products are practically brand new and the pricing is unbeatable compared to anywhere else in Miami. They make sure that every product is in excellent condition compared to other companies here, from my experience. Thank you so much for the amazing customer service. As a small vendor doing repairs & service in Florida I rely mainly on trusted sources. I have been privileged & honored to have that in Jason & Sam at Naveles over the years. Naveles has always been there for me when needed. There customer service is exceptional to include the hardworking warehouse staff. Hard to imagine succeeding in my business without trusted sources. Keep up the great work!
Update: Kevin Mason's views are his own. Called to buy Rack pins from Jason, I explained that I must have them next day for an inspection. I asked him and he promised to have them sent same day, he did not send them that day and did not call me to let me know he did not send them, I sent him the shipping label at 4pm ( he did not inform me that he has to call FedEx for a pick up). I initially told Jason that if he can't send them same day I would drive to pick up the pins. Since he never informed me that he has to call FedEx to pick it up, I didn't get them the after. He sent me an emailing apologizing the next day. If Jason was competent, he would have let me know by 5pm (before they closed) that the package would not be picked up by closing time and I would have came to get it in the morning. But he did not. Will not do business again.
Nothing but a pleasure dealing with Jason and Sam, we've outfitted our warehouse fully w/ brand-new pallet racks and everything was a breeze as far as the ordering process and taking delivery . And it's also nice to get someone that speaks English on the phone here in Miami and actually has some sense of courtesy when you speak to them, thank you guys keep up the good work !!!
