They will take care of you but they are mostly clueless. They assigned me a therapist who lack experience on about everything and the same thing with the person taking care of your case... they seemed they just started to work on that field and lack all sort of experience. You are not dealing with smart people, you are dealing with the people who never made it anywhere else.

For the most part you do get help. My experience with the staff is fine sometimes they come off rude but the doctors are great. The wait time is the worst thing about this place. Be prepared to have breakfast &lunch.

The front desk lady who answers the phone was very rude and hung up on me while i was asking her a question. If you don't have a heart to work with people with a mental disorder then go find a job that you can do like walking on a tread mill and you know who you are. Fat lady. Written by eddie hill
