excellent products and prices.just wish they were open Sundays and a bit later during the week. but very happy with this place. they have my vegan protein for 27.00 used to have to stock up when u went to California. they sell it d for 24.00 but I'll take 27.00 over 48.00 in ft Lauderdale. I complained to them the few times I was in need of my product.

I was recommended by an associate a pre-workout that resulted bitter! When I called to explain, the associate said it wasn't his fault. I spent almost 100 that day and he did not care. Will not recomen to anyone. Ever
I was at NPC Brickell numerous times and the service was great and product variety was superb. Prices couldn’t be beaten by any other store not only in Miami, but in the whole state of Florida, and other states I lived and worked such as Texas, California, New York, Maryland, Georgia, Virginia, Washington, D.C., among others. Very disappointed. They don't value customers; they are able to lose them for 3.00. Even when I have been buying at this store for some months, spending over 100.00 always, they told me that they had to charge me 3.00 for the difference between a BOTTLE OF SPOILED CAPSULES that I had to return and a similar product I had to select, due to they don't refund their customer. I guess that a customer satisfaction, its gas, its time, and its fidelity, cost more than 3.00. It was a ridiculous behavior of them.
