First Church of North Miami Congregational UCC needed to upgrade the existing front facade - no small feat, considering it was mostly glass with the supporting timbers eaten through by termites. Enter Ocean Impact Windows and Doors! Jared and company were a pleasure to work with - totally professional and competent, they came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and got the rather complex job involving special orders on every piece of the job done in orderly fashion. No problem with permits or inspection. We are highly pleased with the result - if you need window and door work done, Ocean Impact Windows and Doors is the company to call! See the before and after pictures - the sanctuary now is flooded with light - it's just beautiful! Thank you, Jared!
I dealt with Jared, he tried charging me half of the fees he claims he paid for an expediter (which he wanted to inflate the costs of said fees he paid). He said he would send me pictures of the job and he never did. They also included lift fee in the contract that they never used, the company claimed that they never installed windows from the inside out and they did just that! Finally, he tried to charge me an additional fee for painting around the windows where the wall was damaged due to their work. The website clearly advertises that they provide post installation services INCLUDING PAINT TOUCH-UP and I receive an email from the company stating it was not written in my contract and therefore I must pay for it! Terrible customer service and they try to charge hidden fees and call their permits and fees by different names to RIP customers OFF!! Do NOT HIRE These people!
Fantastic company! We hired Ocean Impact to install impact windows in our entire house. Everything from their customer service to their end product was outstanding! We couldn’t be happier with our new windows..they are stunning! The owners of the company were very hands-on in overseeing the project. And, we were very impressed with the quality of the people they have working for them. Meticulous, and very professional. If you read many reviews online about impact window companies, you will see that many are extremely high pressure. Not only were they not high pressure, but their price was also the best. I wish all companies were like this! We would highly recommend them.
Great family company that shows up on time! They get in and out having you back in a clean house after they’ve finished . They do this by covering the furniture and setting up dust barriers. Price is very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend hiring this company!
