I have used them for at least five years now. Not sure why others are complaining.. I import live fish and timing is critical. I can count on them to get my shipment cleared ASAP! Had another company waiting for their fish and I was already half way to Orlando before they got theirs! Highly recommend, do your homework and communicate frequently Very nice and easy people to help through the headaches of customs

Im still waiting for an email. Secretary wouldnt explain anything . Super Rude . I tried to explain to her that Im starting to import from China because Im starting to sell on amazon and she was like what does that has to do with anything? Em Im trying to explain to you my situation and my lack of knowledge when it comes to customs and clearance?
