I enrolled my son for summer program back in 2017 & was told at the time when I was enrolling that they had space so I filled out what was required & then played the waiting game. After the program had started I realized I had not been contacted to bring then rest of the required documents needed, so I called to follow, only to be given the runaround by each person i talked to. First, i was told i needed to speak with the person that was in charge of running the program, then when I spoke with her, she didn't know anything about me enrolling my child. Then told me I had to remain on the waiting list until a slot became available-well here it is a year later & still NOTHING. Called today to follow up once again, only to be told the same thing all over again. What's the sense of having a waiting list if it will never be any openings???? Just a waste of time. If there are no openings & you know there won't be a chance of any openings why waste time telling people to get on a waiting list that will never be utilized.......
