!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!This is the most unprofessional conniving place I've ever dealt with. I rented parking space for my trip. I noticed that my return flight was close to their closing time. I asked the person there if it would be a problem retrieving my car that day. They reassured me that it wasn't going to be a problem. To my surprise when I called them on that day at 745pm upon my arrival, nobody picked up the phone. Eventually all my calls went straight to voice mail. We then had to Uber to their location and was shock to see the place was closed. So we had to Uber home. The next day upon going there to retrieve my car I was told I owed 6.81 for an extra day parking. WTH!!!! I paid it while my brother got in contact with the manager. The manager said she would agree to waive the extra day fee. My brother told her we already paid the extra fee. She said to let her speak to the lady that was working there. The worker said something in Spanish to her and hung up. When I asked for my money back she pretended not to understand me. I was just so sick of dealing with this company BS that I left. I hope she had a nice burger combo with the 6 buck and something she stole from me. SMH what a bunch of con artist.

The price was reasonable and the location is just around the corner from the airport. On return from our trip we called the number provided and they arrived in about 10 min. The driver was friendly and helped with all my luggages. Best part when we arrived at the lot my car was at the front ready to load and leave, no additional waiting. Thank you for the great service Park N fly. I will not hesitate to use your company again.
Park and Fly was the best transportation service !!! Our driver Marcelo was Awesome!!! He was on time, friendly, polite, very helpful and attentive. Marcelo is the best!! He waited for us when we got held up at TSA and we appreciate him for that. Great customer service as a company and will definitely use them again.
Best thing ever!!! 1st time using this service and it was easy as 1,2,3 the reservation part was simple easy and fast. When arrived at the place the people were Very friendly and reliable, was able to park n Fly with confidence and fast service!!! Awesome made it to the airport the fastest way possible. I love the fact that they are super easy and efficient. When I got there I was quickly taken care of with no issues. The driver was nice and helped me with my luggage. I love that I was able to text them to let them know I was back and someone picked me up within a few minutes. I absolutely love that my car was waiting for me with the key in it at the drop off place. It was the easiest experience with the best service I’ve ever had at a parking facility. I will only use you!
