Colin, the vet tech, is absolutely wonderful! Extremely personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. You guys have a good one on your team. Thank you, Colin, for your compassion for Ghost and your help. Will definitely be coming back whenever I need to.

Convenient and clean clinic. Collin, the tech, and Dr Smith were very kind to us, but more importantly to our dog. Luna is typically nervous around men, and especially nervous with new places. With these men, however, she was calm and allowed them to examine her thoroughly. Dr Smith and Collin did what was needed to diagnose her while being conscientious of reducing any stress for Luna. So glad our family vet, Dr Rick Diaz, sent us here for this emergency visit. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

They were kind and compassionate and did not try to take advantage of us monetarily. They were extremely up front about each cost before proceeding. I am always hesitant to go to an emergency vet because a lot of them will hit you with a massive bill for every test available. That was not the case here at all. They did only what was necessary while still doing everything they needed to in order to help our dog. This was my second time here and both times we received very good care. I will use them in the future if necessary. Very grateful that they were open at midnight on New Years Eve to help us.

I took my puppy Chappy in last night to get checked out as it seemed he has consumed something while he played at the park with my 3 children. I called ahead and talked to the front desk, Collin was very helpful. Upon my arrival, I was helped urgently. I begun to calm down as Collin did everything in his power to expedite things so that Chappy would be taken care of. Dr. Smith was also very helpful and caring towards my puppy. My puppy Is feeling a lot better today, I am glad I went and had him checked out by these animal loving professionals. Thank you both! - Rachel Chappotin “Chappy’s mom”

Horrible customer service! The guy in the front is not professional at all. He does not make you feel comfortable while you’re having an emergency. You will waste your money. The whole office is a total junk. It’s dirty. The dog before me had peed on the floor so I let the unprofessional guy at the front desk know, but he ignored me so the pee just stayed there for the next person to step on. I paid 140 for the vet to tell me the dog has tenderness and they had to do an X-ray and other things. I did not feel right so I left and went to another pet emergency which was nothing like this one!!! They treated us so great and made us feel comfortable. They explained everything and asked us questions, not like this emergency room. I don’t even know how they’re open for service. They just want to take your money. They don’t care about your dog at all. I should’ve read reviews before going because all the bad reviews are CORRECT!
