The staff is always helpful, the store is always clean and I rarely have to wait in line. The only negative is that their stock was low. It is very aggravating when you go to buy specific products and most of them are not available.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT. AWEFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THE GROOMING OF MY DOG. I WAS SENT A MEDALLIA SURVEY THE FOLLOWING DAY WHERE I EXPLAINED IN DETAIL HOW BAD THE SERVICE WAS FROM FEB 13, 2021, I EVEN REQUESTED THEY REACH OUT TO ME. I SPEND 102 ON SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER RENDERED. IT IS A COMPLETE JOKE TO ME AS A CORPORATE COMPANY TO SPEND MONEY ON MEDALLIA AND NOT TAKING THE TIME TO REMEDY EXPERIENCES FOR THE SAKE OF BUILDING LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I SENT MY MEDALLIA ON SUNDAY REQUESTING THAT SOMEONE REACH OUT TO ME. ITS WEDNESDAY, I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE AN EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. AND PETCO HAS KEPT MONEY FOR SERVICES THAT WERE NEVER RENDERED. PLEASE ASK YOUR STAFF FROM THAT DAY AS THEY CAN CONFIRM. HAD MANAGEMENT REACHED OUT TO ME TO PRIVATELY COME TO A RESOLUTION, I WOULD HAVE NOT WRITTEN THIS REVIEW. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WITH AN ONGOING PANDEMIC WHERE MANY PEOPLE ARE FINANCIALLY STRUGGLING, YOU'D UNDERSTAND FROM A CONSUMER'S POINT OF VIEW HOW MUCH VALUE MONEY HAS MORE THAN EVER. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY.

Covid safety 2/5 Products 5/5 Super cool that they had bulk dog treats and cat litter! Some of the employees weren't wearing masks properly but the store has a lot of potential! Always happy to see more eco friendly options

I love this store because of the knowledgeable people working there. They always give me super helpful tips given that I'm a new dog owner. I like that they don't pressure me into buying unnecessary things but things that will work. Love yall :)
