Both brunch and dinner are amazing. Pig wings and waffles, smoked duck grits, PY Noodles, and broccoli are among the best things on the menu. The former Federal team does not disappoint. Despite other reviews, Phuc Yea doesn't pretend to be Vietnamese. It's Vietnamese Cajun fusion, and the menu is delightful.

Food is certainly tasty, but the ambience (specifically outdoor seating) is my favorite aspect of this restaurant!

Interesting ambience, nice art on the walls, intimate side rooms and our waiter was new but was great. The food was fine, had the Lemon Grass Chicken, Noodles were great, BUT BUT - the Papaya Salad was horrific - the dressing was so hot it burned the roof of our mouth and tongue. Somebody in the kitchen must have been angry and mad and doused the salad with hot hot hot sauce. Also the loud Rap music did not fit an Asian Vietnamese restaurant. No harmony with the music and salad. Too bad because the rest was great!
