Exotic Pet Birds Inc.

I resently got a bearded dragon from them named remi, she/he is my 3 reptile I have a gargoyle gecko and a leopard Gecko at home. Although I am only 14 they treated me with the same respect as a adult and they were very knowledgeable and I Believe they truly love what they’re doing. I would absolutely recommends this reptile specialist to anyone who is interested in Reptiles.

I purchased two red foot tortoises complete with all necessary paraphernalia to sustain them from Miami reptile company several months ago... One recently died and the other one has stopped eating... We called the Miami reptile company to find out what could have gone wrong??? After a (5) minute telephone quiz apparently we did everything correctly and as we had been instructed... Their representative said that turtles don’t just die... They decided that we should have brought them in for inspection sooner, hence, they would do nothing for us... If I could give (0) stars I would have because they have done absolutely nothing for us but take 600 and sadden my children... A red flag should have been raised as they had to pluck several dead turtles (that went unnoticed by their staff) from the cage we selected our red footed tortoises from... They just had died and so will ours... Stay away from the Miami reptile company!!!!

I’ve been going to the store for about 2 months now, the staff help us choose our first corn snake not only they help us pick one out they also showed and shared photos of their very own snakes. Today the whole staff helped us choose our first garter snakes, they really took their time to show us many baby garters until we choose the perfect ones. It’s just so amazing to see these young girls be so involve in their job and they really give the best customer service! Thanks girls for always answering our many questions you all are the BEST!

Staff is always very helpful and extremely friendly. I'm always greeted when I enter and all of my questions are always answered to the best of their ability. Never feel as if any interaction is rushed even when they're busy on a weekend day close to closing time and their happens to be 10 ppl in the store as well. Just wanted to throw in there they have very reasonable pricing on animals. Highly recommend this place to all reptile enthusiast in the area!
