5 stars for flavour! Yummmm! I Visited in early November 2020 and I couldn't be more pleased! Had the grilled fish with rice and beans and green plantains. Pros: Delicious well-seasoned food Fresh fish Fast service Varied menu options Generous portion in each serving Cons: The lunch counter stools are not spaced (or blocked off in any way) So inconsiderate customers can come up and sit right close to you. Not good for Pandemic situation. Warning the mixed rice and beans contains meat that looks like Pork and that wasn't clear up front. I eat meat, but it could be misleading for a vegetarian. I would happily go back here and highly recommend it for a quick lunch and good coffee.

We love going out. Yesterday we visited this fine place which we didn’t know before. We spent a delightful evening there with excellent cooking and a professional stuff and a talented cuisine. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we shall surely return very soon. Highly recommended.

This used to be my favorite spot to grab breakfast before class until one of the ladies comes over to me one morning and says \you didn't pay yesterday\ and proceeded to make a scene embarrassing me in front of everyone the process. I always pay and leave a tip on top of the payment. I specifically remember this day. Usually the same person that takes my order and serves me takes the payment and tip as well. I always give the tip to the person that takes care of me for the day. That day she was busy having conversations with people on the other side of the bar and I had to get to class in 10 minutes so I had someone else take the payment. (I guess that's why she thought I didn't pay) I grabbed my receipt and went on my way. I went back later because a friend wanted coffee. She saw me and said she talked to the woman that took my payment after they checked the cameras and saw that I actually did pay and that she's sorry. They have numbers at the counter where the seats are and the wrong number was put in. I let her know that wasn't right what she did, she made a fool out of me and on top of that she didn't ask around or check first, she just assumed I didn't pay. I had to get to class and you were busy chatting it up, I wasn't going to wait around for you to finish. I definitely will not be back.

My go to Cuban cafe when in the area. The best coffee in Miami. Try the Churrasco Beef Steak!

What else could I possibly add? I knew it was going to be a 1-billion calorie meal. I was prepared! No dinner the night before, only 1 cup of coffee and an English muffin the day of! I was SO ready to eat by 6pm. Two outstanding items for me were the pomegranate martini (not sweet at all like most places) and the fillet Diane style. I hardly touched the sides that came with it. I finished the entire steak.....and it was so worth nearly 2 days of starvation for.
