This minimalist massive museum is all about the collection of the Rubell family. If you are into contemporary art you know what to expect, if not I guess you can use the art as background for your selfies or just be shocked, scratch your head and wonder what the heck is all thus about.

This was a surprisingly amazing Museum to visit. The individual entry was extremely reasonable as was the season membership pass, I believe it's 50 for the year as a member for unlimited visits and 15 per visit per individual if you don't purchase a membership. I was surprised how large the space was once inside, it does not seem like it is that big from the outside when you walk up to the front desk next to the restaurant. I liked the flow through the rooms that they set up and the long hallway which opened up into and enormous room with huge floor to ceiling sized art pieces.
A surprising discovery, tucked away in an unassuming neighborhood more closely associated with industrial spaces, the Rubell houses an impressive collection of contemporary American work, including some names you'd expect to find in the Hirshhorn, the Tate Modern, or MoCA.
Beautiful space and native plant patio garden. You’ll find at least a couple art pieces you like. It’s spacious to enjoy with friends or a date.
