Very poor business practices, advising customers that parts on order when they're really not. Lying about the quality of there \Cost Effective best prices\ THEY SELL JUNK and Their mechanic is junk. He can't even fix the bikes when they break. They just try to sell you a new engine at as soon as the warranty expires. They performed an upgrade in my engine and tampered with my gear oil(NEVER ASKED THEM TO TOUCH IT). Amazingly 20 miles later the gears are gone and my bike is worthless. At least according to Brian the so called \mechanic\ he says I'm better off buying a new motor. MECHANIC BRIAN IS A PARTS CHANGER AND THE OWNER GABRIEL IS A SALESMAN- DO NOT GET CAUGHT IN THIER SCHEMES LIKE I DID! Now the owner states that they don't have enough money to keep the repair facility open. So after they broke my bike sold me hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of parts and poor repairs. They are downsizing wonder why, Beware I was just informed by the owner that they will no longer be selling or fixing bikes in person. They will only sell you a one their POS bike's online and they would only be doing oil changes...... WONDER WHY???

asked for a total on a new bike via email they were prompt and friendly giving me an exact total including tax and tag its pretty far away (Kendall) .so I'm waiting to get a trailer first before getting my .motorcycle

I love this place. Ive been going for about 1.5 years. Bryan the mechanic is awesome. Very knowledgeable. I forget the name of the owner which will often man the desk but Jordan took care of me in the sale of my scooter and most of my maintenance sales advising me on what I should do for the bike how to stay with in the warranty and what can be done after that. The place has a very good customer service and pretty fair pricing for everything. The selection is pretty good as well. I wish they were also a Yamaha dealer that way I wouldn't have to find another dealer to trust once I moved past my scooter. It can be hard finding a dealer you can trust. Five stars for customer service, honesty and selection of good quality economy scooters.

I bought a scooter from them and was told the scooter had warranty for two years. 7 months later I take my scooter in for a belt change, and 15 minutes after I leave the shop it stops running, when I take it back they tell me the engine is shot and I need to get a new scooter. Stay away from these people, they are vultures. The “warranty” they provide is useless, and the products they sell will go out on you 6 months later.
