Fernando did a wonderful job installing my monumental stairway chandelier. It’s a spiral staircase, so he had to build a scaffold, uninstall my old chandelier and then install my new one. Each weighed between 200-300 lbs so it was no easy task. He also created a new rod from which to hang my new chandelier. Fernando also installed my dining room chandelier and sconces, as well as two flush-mount fixtures in my living and family rooms. All of these fixtures had intricate parts so it involved a lot of care and patience to install. I would highly recommend his install services, as well as his restoration ones.

The best. I gave him some antiques (in deplorable conditions) to restore and when I got them back, I couldn't believe my eyes.... they were better than new. Not to mention how affordable they are.

I was given Fernandos information by a trusted dealer. My husband had chosen a 1950s chandelier at an antique store because he thought he was getting a great deal! Although I was not a big fan of what I thought was a frosted glass huge piece. I quickly learned that to get this “great deal” I need a specialist to remove, fix, clean, and then put up in our home. Fernando exceeded my expectations, it was actually a beautiful clear glass with gold flecs. Fernando cleaned, restored, took down and put up , and rearranged my other chandelier, and I could not be more pleased ! I now will use him 100 percent of the time, for all restoration projects! I can. Or even imagine all of things that could of gone wrong had I used anyone else !!! He was professional, impeccable, and patient.
I have been doing business with Shalom Restoration’s for many years and their work is impeccable. I highly recommend Fernando to repair lighting and silver. Any project is always beautifully finished.
