I really can't say enough amazing things about this place. The owner Alejandro is absolutely nice when I moved into my home he went above and beyond to come out and show me and label all of our pool equipment help familiarize me with it. After that I continuously gone up there to have our water level checked in the staff has always gone above and beyond. Jessica is phenomenal and recently I've been working with Chris. Chris wow 10 stars! This young man is not only extremely knowledgeable, but probably one of the most polite and respectful people in Miami! He always promptly calls me back he always answers my question listens to me and my comments and concerns, and everything is always met so politely! I've recently had some issues with the pool and Pinch a Penny has been helping me above and beyond expectations of the last 48 hours! I really appreciate all of their help, professionalism, and knowledge! I look forward to continuing to work with them!
