My neighbor hired a contractor to apply the Somay products on his barrel tile roof. He also applied a coat of anti mildew sealer. I watched his roof through two hurricanes over seven years. It looked brand new. I had a couple of leaks repaired and my roof was starting to go so I applied the Somay to my roof. It took me 5 days. Other than the hot sun and the terror of being on my two story house the job went very easily. I was very satisfied with the results. 5 years later the roof still looks new and I haven't had any leaks. I will use this product again. I think I saved about 25,000 dollars by not replacing my roof.

Very nice service and products. They have been around for years and the roof coating works.
First we purchased the clear coating for our roof. It was applied by a licensed roofer. First rain, the roof leaked. After going back and forth with Somay, the company had one of their employees come out to tell us that the product was applied correctly but that the company shouldn't have sold us the clear coating for our roof. So the dishonest person that initially sold it to us just wanted to make a commission off of the product. To compensate, the company gave us the colored sealer. We were told this product would work this time around. It was again applied by a licensed roofer. Roof still leaks. They will not refund us for our purchase even though their products don’t work and now the clear coat is completely off of their website. Don’t waste your money like we did.
Im deeply disappointed with the lack of Somay support. We already applied 3 coats in our kitchen, spent more than USD 3000 and it still leaks. You promissed to stand to your warranty, but you dont. It does not really work. Better to replace your ceiling. I will post my review on the social networks and youtube.
Awesome stuff I used the clear for my shingles I put 3 coats and it’s like a clear blanket on roof. House even feels cooler. Just make sure you have no rain coming
