Stephen has been AMAZING with our teens! They absolutely LOVE their sessions with him and they do not normally like working out. He connects with them and comes up with wonderful ways to get them moving and having fun!

The Y is a welcoming community of people of all ages. The gym is well-run, clean and the equipment is well-maintained. I am grateful for the YMCA South Dade Family Center. I enjoy going there and working out. I look forward to the day it is safe to bring back more of the pre-Covid classes.

Most of the time during my membership at YMCA South Dade was non-eventful. When they continued to charge my credit card, through the gym was closed from March to June, I thought it was a mistake. When I called in June and spoke with Charlie he informed they do that because they are a \Non-Profit\. I dint really understand what that had to do with charging for services not rendered, but didn't question him further. I asked to cancel my membership and was told it would be done. This is September, and i continue to be billed. I called Charlie and now he started to give me the run-around and transfer me to others. I feel as though I'm living through Bally's, Ala, 1995. We all know what happened to Bally's. I assume that since YMCA is a \Non-Profit\, which in some cases is code for \Not paying taxes\, that wont occur. Get it together YMCA South Dade!
