My husband contacted this family owned company last minute to get 2 dog crates to ship our 2 Great Danes overseas in. In 2 days, this company had 2 beautifully built crates that was airline legit for our babies to get transported in. Pablo and his team were a huge help to assist getting 2 members of our family to Honduras smoothly. I love knowing my money is going to a locally owned family business. I could not have asked for better service and better quality crates. They are very well built and will last many years! Thank you Pablo!
Called them 5 times and waited for their quote for 5 days and till now they didn't give a price neither they returned my call. Don't waste your time find someone else. Very Disappointed.
Have dealt with two people on the phone at this particular business. Isabel who I can only assume is one of the owners and is a delight on the telephone and another gentleman who's name I haven't gotten nor do I wish to as he has the the worst Level of service and manners I've ever encountered. The quality of service as a whole is incredible however.
