They delivered 3 days later, but it’s fine; I understand the overwork after the holidays. Instead of 20 They charged 43 For 5 shirts because the shirts are famous branded, without any advise. I’ve never seen a regular car wash changing prices based on the brands... I’ve never seen a housekeeping company changing prices after looking at the prices on the market... To make 20 bucks more, they took the risk of losing 230 apartments in the building I live, great marketing and consideration of the clients !

They handed me my dress with all the unrolled hem and when I called to ask for it to be repaired they told me that production was already closed. Unbelievable, no responsiveness at all and they ruined my dress

I would not recommend them at all. The service is responsive but very customer unfriendly. Women blouse beads got torn off (despite charging me 5 extra for beads!!). One blouse was lost by them. They tore off a button on my shirt and did not sew it back on although I asked them to twice! They charge a 2 surcharge for “premium” shirts which they make up themselves (i.e. Strellson H&M equavivalent in Europe). To top it all off, they charged me a 5 declined card fee after my credit card got stolen, I didn’t even get reimbursed after giving them 60/week business. I believe their “reviewmydrycleaner” reviews are faulty also. Avoid them, others offer better service at the same price.
