Great studio, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of parking, the class schedule is varied in levels and classes are offered throughout the day, which make it easy to show at anytime knowing there will be a class I can attend. Teachers Michelle, Arianne & Carlos know almost everyone by name and have 3 different style of teaching, which is very good. I truly enjoy going to all of their sessions ... Just when I thought they can't make their offerings any better, I discovered aerial yoga! My new obsession.

Unquestionably one of the best yoga studios in Miami. Absolutely amazing team, great location, and wonderful vibe. The entire teaching staff is dedicated to the yoga lifestyle and it shows, from calming restorative to energetic Acro Yoga, I have tried many types of classes here and they have all been fantastic.
I like going to Monica's classes her yoga classes have been a part of my work out for a while yoga helped me while I was losing 70 pounds and now I feel great and focused. I recommend you check out her class.
The studio is fabulous. The instructors truly care about you and the atmosphere breathes peace and serenity. Delivers what yoga promises--union of body and spirit. I took an acro yoga class with Carlos Diaz, who couldn't have been more welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and fun. He embodies the highest principles of teaching and lives his practice without taking himself too seriously, like so many other teachers I've met. A yoga studio other studios should model. Try it, and you'll love it!

Would recommend to anyone looking for a yoga studio with great instructors, in a cool area and lots of different types of classes to choose from. The yoga teachers here are amazing both as people and instructors. (Acroyoga is so much fun!) The studio is in Wynwood, easily one of the coolest neighborhoods in Miami.

Trio is like family to me! I have known the teachers for years and they run an amazing studio with a variety of yoga classes.
