I had a roof that was at least 26 years old and beginning to leak. I am a single mom and was nervous about loosing my house because of the expense of getting a new roof. T & S Roofing was very helpful and patient. I was able to get a quote from them as well as 3 other roofing companies. T & S was the middle of the road pricing but I felt was the most professional. The other two companies wanted ME to fit into THEIR schedule, while T & S was very accommodating. My next step was to apply for a home improvement loan through my bank. One of the things that I had to do was remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. I was stranded with no one to help. Even though I had not awarded the job to T & S and even though I didn't know if I would be able to even get the loan, T & S came out to my house to remove the tarp and take pictures of the roof. This helped me provide proof to the home lenders. Once I was awarded the loan, of course I went with T & S because they went above and beyond. During the process, they kept me in the loop about budget, the projection was what was eventually the final amount. The only variable was the fashia and any repairs that needed to be done in order to pass inspection. When I originally set down with the Project Manager, I asked what this could cost. Of course he informed me of the range from several hundred to several thousand. We assessed what we think it would cost. I felt he was honest. Because I only had one leak, his projection was that we would probably need some repairs in that section. This was in fact the case. My variable cost was 750 so, I was within the budget we had projected. I was very happy with the professionalism and honesty in the company. I have posted on our neighborhood website and I feel confident recommending T & S Roofing.

We met at his office and then several times he passed by our house when we had any concerns or questions. Fabio was also amazing at helping us with anything we needed. T&S Roofing turned out to be one of the most professional vendors I've used in any construction or home repair project. From the first meeting to completion, the team at T&S roofing excelled. Sales rep Jorge Mosquera explained every detail of the project, including the pros and cons of different materials. Honesty and transparency were very important to us and he delivered on both. After the project began, an extremely helpful and friendly project coordinator named Sylvia kept us informed and updated on the progress at all times. She was helpful, resourceful, friendly and always available, even during the occasional after hours call. The roof replacement was finished on time and their crews cleaned up the area extremely well at the end of each day. The inspectors that came out commented on the high quality of the workmanship and materials used. Replacing a roof is not a project for amateurs or fly by night wannabes, but many make the mistake of hiring roofers based solely on low price and what they perceive at the time to be a great deal. That is until an unfinished or poorly installed roof becomes a costly nightmare. T&S offered us competitive pricing, which is different than the cheap or artificially low prices offered by unscrupulous vendors to get you to sign up with them. We highly recommend this company for any of your roofing needs.

Carlos was the sales person and got the ball rolling with a very detailed analysis of our needs and a thorough and fair estimate. The roof came out great and we are very pleased with the workmanship. Excellent! From the very first phone contact, to the Mike who initiated the sales call to Troy the project manager and everyone in between. Reliable, punctual, honest, fair and fast. Quality of work Outstanding, my neighbors were impressed. Communication daily as to the project timeline. Would highly recommend without hesitation. My only suggestion to consumer is to make the time to see a sample of the tile at a warehouse, the actual differs slightly from the brochures, no reflection on T&S Roofing they were ALL GREAT!
