The company gives off a sense of \favoritism\ amongst it's employees, offering hours to those willing to deal with the harsh conditions, over those needing the hours. Under harsh work conditions, ex. summer heat, they didn't offer their Ramp Agents water to hydrate. We were notified by the pilots NOT to load planes past a specific baggage line, due to fire codes, but Management had us do so regardless. They were willing to cut corners, no matter which regulations they broke, just to make money and save money

Terrible experience. Whoever is working in Terminal J. Your employee is very rude & disrespectful. When we asked how much to take the bags. He would not give us a clear answer. He would only leave it open ended. Said yki have to pay for my services. I have to weigh the bag and so on. Which is fine but how much. He would not give us an answer said just load them we will figure it out. Would not tell us. Then he just grabbed the cart & walked away with with a crazy attitude & would not respond back to us. Just left my aunt & cousins standing there with their bags.very unprofessional & rude. This was not a matter of communication. Everyone speaks Spanish. It was a matter of him taking the bags & then wanting to make up his price after which most definitely was going to be inflated once he had the bags as he refused to tell us a price. So he made no money.

I need an email to report an employee who mistreated us along more passengers. She was very unprofessional and rude during a checkpoint and she left her post to contact a TSA supervisor who ended up apologizing to us after she heard both versions. She needs to be professional, instead of exercising excessive use of authority over things she is not responsible. Please contact me for further details.

The worst company ever! They stole your money from your paycheck. If you don't keep track of your hours you loose them. Insurance suck, communications between employees and supervisors are the worst. Don't waste your time here.
