The young lady was very nice. She was kind and very informative. She helped me alot.

We were in the local store and we're barely even greeted. The clerk was by herself. She was with another customer and they were giggling and joking around and seemed to be chatting more than doing business. She was on the phone part of the time. We waited as long as we could. Not happy at all. US Cellular lost a customer today.

I did not have a good experience here. The lady who was helping me seemed like I was putting her out, and was very slow at her job. I mean, snails pace. She seemed irritated that she had to get up. Wasn't informational and was quite rude. I will never do business here again.
