I requested a quote for restoration of a sculpture that was meant as a gift for my husband. I gave an exact deadline and was told they could do it, but needed to see the art. They instilled confidence. OI dropped the work off promptly and was told I would get a call with a quote in a day or so. A week passed without a call. After many calls on my end, I was able to get through. After several more calls, and days, and excuses, I received a quote which was well over the maximum I said I would pay. I have no real idea regarding the quality of their work because we did not get that far and their work was not on display in the “gallery”. This experience was just a big energy sap for me. I walked out with my art, both of us still broken.
