This is the most beautiful place with beautiful people and a true spiritual teacher. Swami Jyotirmayananda is the most authentic and true realized teacher I’ve ever met. There is no trace of ego or spiritual manipulation here- which unfortunately can happen at Ashram’s. This place is true yoga in its most profound and pure form. Unique in what it offers. A very low key Guru heads this Foundation. He is welcoming to all who come to be with him and offers profound yet pragmatic wisdom. Best to call ahead before visiting as posted schedules can change.

Durga Leela YoR

Swami Jyotirmayananda has been here for almost 50 years, he is in his 80's now and is the last living disciple of Swami Sivananda. He gives evening talk most nights of the week from YRF and it is very worthwhile to come and hear his wisdom.
