The selection is excellent as is the service. Beautiful array of china and flatware and crystal in finest brands. Service is outstanding and friendly. But buy jewelry elsewhere because everything here is extremely expensive and, in my opinion, over-priced.

*Special note - they've moved to Online ONLY. No more brick and mortar (not good news) When I first stopped in their store they had a great collection of rings and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. I purchased a discounted Tacori engagement ring and was assured it was authentic and I'd be taken care of. I was told I'd receive a complimentary sizing and recommended to come back after the proposal to ensure the perfect fit. Problem 1: It wasn't until after I purchased the ring that they decided to tell me I wouldn't get the authentication number and card because it was discounted but not to worry. I came back a week later to pick out the diamond for the ring with Chris which was an excellent experience. The only reason why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. It's also worth noting that I paid full-price for this diamond. Problem 2 & 3: After proposing we got back in touch with Michael C. Fina to find out that A) they've closed their doors and are now online-only and B) Despite previously being told when I purchased the ring that I'd get a complimentary resizing, that because the ring was discounted we couldn't get the complimentary re-sizing, and if we do want it that we'd need to go to another jeweler to get sized then mail the 7k ring out to Michael C. Fina for 2 weeks to be resized. At that point why wouldn't I just find another jeweler who can size and clean in person, especially if we have to go to another jeweler to get it resized to begin with? What was supposed to be a personal and meaningful investment turned into somewhat of a bad dream, complete with questionable customer service and devious sales tactics. If I could do it all over again I would've paid full-price for the ring, or just have gone to another jeweler altogether.

i went into the store to browse for an diamond ring. i might not know exactly which ring i was going after going in, but i kind of have an idea that i wanted tacori. the tacori selection at the store is very minimal, another store that i've visited since has so much more than michael c fina. the diamond rings doesn't look that clean since even a 2ct ring doesn't seem to sparkle much under their "special lighting". shouldn't they be cleaning rings everyday?? a diamond ring (even a small one) is at least over 10k, not to mention the ones with bigger stone. the sales lady that was working with me was not pushy, which i appreciate. however, i felt like she was sensing that i won't be buying that day so she's not really too interested in serving me. she left me half way to serve other customers, which, ok, not fond of it, but i understand. but half way through shopping, she was basically ending the conversation (and my shopping essentially) saying that i should provide her with my info, and she will email me links to the rings that i was interested in, and when i'm ready to come back, i could contact her. at that point, i was still deciding and asking for prices. another thing i don't like is that, i believe she didn't think i know that the ring prices are just for the ring and without the center stone. she never once said anything to made that clearl. everytime she mention prices, she made it sound like 4k to 5k for a diamond ring is a great deal. then i was testing her and asked, "the ring that has 1 ct diamond is less expensive than the one with 2 ct?" and she simply replied, "yea". she didn't give me the feeling that she wants to earn my business, and worse of all, i don't think she's honest. i was actually thinking to get my ring within the next week or so if my visit to the store is decent. but now i'm bringing my business elsewhere, since i don't feel comfortable spending such a large amount with these people!!
