Bought a watch from this store and the sales guys were helpful especially the lady. The one star less is for product knowledge. I asked the smart watch generation and the guy insisted its a gen 3 but it was a gen 5, and on realizing that he made a mistake he stared saying that the generation is software and not the watch, which is not case. So the watch was low on power and I asked if i could use my phone's powershare function to wireless charge the watch and the guy said that wasn't possible. The guy seemed alittle sensitive and I just ignored . I think its perfectly normal not to know everything, but wrongly justifying incorrect statement is misleading.

Yesterday, I walked I to Michael Kors. There was 1 sales associate working. She was busy helping someone else so I patiently waited for my turn. 2 other people walked in about 5 mins after I did. The associate ignored me and helped the other 2 people. Poor customer service. This is not the first time. Luckily, Macys is right there so that's where I got my fabulous new Michael Kors.

I am willing to make the trek to San Jose to find that special pair of shoes. This place is well-organized and has gorgeous shoes! The deals are pretty amazing if you know where to look. My 2 FAVORITE pairs of shoes are from here! This is saying a lot, coming from someone who could put a shoe store to shame. Go here. Get shoes. The end.
