This doctor has definitely done right by me more than once. Recently he actually stepped out of his lane to help me with something he did not have to. He gets 5 stars from me. However, all doctors offices talk to you about your bill as you are leaving. My health has been bad and I have not worked in a while. If your financial situation is embarrassing you have to talk about it in front of several employees and patients on your way out. Like I said, ALL doctors offices do this, but there HAS to be a better way. When I leave a doctors office I feel almost humiliated. It is the worst part of going to the doctor for me right now. It sure seems to me, that your billing interview should be just as private as your visit with your doctor. Just one mans humble opinion.
