I could not be happier with my purchase at Bosak Honda. I worked with Dave Kelly and he was so easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable about the cars and took his time to answer all of my questions. Very professional. No high pressure. I shopped different dealerships for my car and Bosak ( especially Dave Kelly) by far was the most attentive, responsive and accommodating. One of the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I live in Chicago and drove all the way to Indiana to buy my car because in my opinion Bosak is the best Honda dealer in the midwest.

Our first contact was with Nicole (phone) who was very helpful in our new car search. We had several conversations with her before we came to Bosak because we were from out of town and had several questions before we made the decision to come in. She's the reason we chose Bosak. We then saw Alex, our sales consultant. He was extremely helpful and described the car and all of its functions that was understandable. He was friendly, professional and trusting. Nothing left for big surprises. The multiple extra choices were all offered with explanations. Our only regret is that Bosak is too far to travel for maintenance. We give them Thumbs Up and will send them customers!

Service Department is very helpful. They explained everything that they did and answered all my questions. The new waiting room has limited outlets to plug in a phone or laptop. Customers and staff in the waiting room without masks and no social distances.
