I’ve never visited this store and received bad service. A little over a year ago I purchased my Microsoft surface laptop and during that process the service was good. I visited last week because I had some trouble with the keyboard. I made an appointment same day and I was taken care of. Thankfully it was replaced with no hassle. Great team. Keep it up!

My daughter had been locked out of her Surface Go and password was not working. Went to Best Buy and they basically told us that the computer would have to be wiped and reset to the original settings. My daughter was distraught. She had a lot of documents for school and personal which she had never backed up. This store and specifically Frank actually tried to help. He kept trying and wouldn’t give up. In the end he was able to retrieve all her data and restore the computer. From now if I ever have an issue again I’m coming straight here NOT Best Buy.
Nick and Pamela were extremely helpful. Went above and beyond my expectations to turn what might have been a not so good experience into one where I'm actually writing a review, which I very rarely do. Highly recommended! Thank you so much.
Frank Montano is a phenomenal service advisor. He's very helpful and was able to assist in all the technical issues I faced with my surface pro and replaced it with a new one and assisted as well in how to troubleshoot on my own.

Very helpful staff. Sometimes there can be a long wait, but they do allow you to make an appointment amd come back instead of waiting around for them to get to you. And since it's located in the mall you can always step out to eat or shop and come back.
Not a single comment was made on my Tux penguin tshirt. Very very much like all these tech stores now open with a good selection of average machines for average peeps. Only one gaming laptop pushed to the side of the store
